A dish growing in popularity, more and more people are seeking out chicken & waffles in Las Vegas. Apparently, nothing cures the body and soul the morning after a late night out than that combination of savory & sweet.
As chicken & waffles can be somewhat challenging to find, I figured it would be helpful to create a breakdown of which restaurants offer it both on the Strip and in downtown Las Vegas.
Of course, I’ll be sure to link out to each restaurant’s menu so that you’re able to quickly compare options and pricing.
Chicken and Waffles on the Strip
Della’s Kitchen at Mandalay Bay: A “Signature dish” of theirs, Della’s serves a buttermilk fried chicken breast atop a crisp waffle with whipped jalapeno maple butter and syrup.

Seabreeze Cafe at Mandalay Bay: Serving a twist to traditional chicken and waffles, Seabreeze has a chicken and waffle sandwich on their menu that incorporates crispy chicken, a Belgian waffle, and Fresno chili maple syrup.
House of Blues at Mandalay Bay: The popular live music venue offers chicken and waffles on their menu that incorporates chicken tenders, waffles, and your choice of syrup or gravy.
Pyramid Cafe at Luxor: Doubling as one of my personal favorite spots to enjoy a cheap breakfast on the Strip, Pyramid Cafe serves chicken and waffles that includes a plain waffle and a buttermilk fried chicken breast.
America at NYNY: One of the few restaurants on the Strip open 24-hours, America serves a crisp Belgian waffle with a fried chicken breast and syrup around the clock.

Tom’s Urban at NYNY: While not chicken and waffles per se, Tom’s offers crispy chicken and a cornbread pancake on their breakfast menu.

Salt & Ivy at Aria: The chicken and waffle menu item at Salt & Ivy includes a free-range chicken breast, creole cheddar, bacon, and a chive waffle.
Flights at Planet Hollywood: Located in the Miracle Mile Shops, Flights serves fried chicken atop a waffle with butter and syrup on the side.
Cafe Hollywood at Planet Hollywood: Another option available around the clock, Cafe Hollywood’s take on Chicken & waffles includes chicken tenders and a Belgian waffle with honey butter on the side.
Alexxa’s at Paris: Chicken and waffles offered as part of Alexxa’s brunch menu are served with pickles and bourbon maple syrup.
Hash House a Go Go at LINQ: If you’re a member of any Las Vegas travel groups on social media, you’ve undoubtedly seen pictures of the “Instagrammable” chicken & waffles at Hash House.
I recently ate at Hash House with a small group and had a fantastic experience, although nobody went for the chicken and waffles. Those with a big appetite will appreciate the outlandish portions.
Walk On’s at Harrah’s: Owned in part by Drew Brees, the new sports bar at Harrah’s serves chicken tenders atop waffles with powdered sugar and syrup.
Chica at Venetian: While not ranking among the least expensive chicken and waffles on the list, CHICA’s offering is certainly unique. The dish is constructed of “Colombian ‘Pan de Bono’ Waffle, Crispy Yucatán Chicken, Ají Dulce Hot Honey, Spiced Tropical Fruit”. Yea, I’m intrigued too.
Grand Lux Cafe (Venetian & Palazzo): Both versions of the Grand Lux Cafe serve chicken and waffles that use chicken strips and are topped with pecans and maple butter sauce. Notably, these are among the most affordable in Vegas at under $20.
Cafe Americano at Caesars Palace: On the menu at Cafe Americano is a differentiated chicken and waffles meal that includes a cheesy bacon waffle, chicken breast and thigh, Sriracha honey, and green onions. Cafe Americano also offers outdoor seating and plenty of screens to catch the game.
Zeffer’s Cafe at Sahara: The chicken & waffle at Zeffer’s is a homestyle waffle, chicken breast, and spicy maple syrup with Shrimp’n grits on the side.
Chicken and Waffles on Fremont Street
Hash House a Go Go at Plaza: Like their location on the Strip, Hash House a Go Go at Plaza serves their signature Andy’s world-famous sage fried chicken and waffles.
See my recent review of Hash House a Go Go’s Fremont Street location!
Market Street Cafe at The Cal: Perhaps the cheapest chicken and waffles meal in Vegas at just over $10, Market Street’s dish includes a sugarcane waffle and bacon-infused maple syrup.
Freedom Beat at Downtown Grand: Served with maple butter and dipped in a spicy red sauce, Freedom Beat’s chicken and waffles “Our way” are served atop a house waffle.
Siegel’s 1941 at El Cortez: On the all-day breakfast menu at Siegels 1941 are buttermilk Belgian-style waffles with maple syrup, whipped cream, and berries. Chicken tenders can be added to the meal for an additional fee.
Downtown Terrace in the Container Park: Ranking as one of the more unique options in town, Downtown Terrace’s chicken and waffle sliders incorporate panko chicken, strawberry, apple, spicy caramel, and whipped cream.

Carson Kitchen: Found steps away from Fremont Street, Carson Kitchen serves chicken with a mac & cheese waffle as part of their Sunday Brunch menu.
Therapy: A platter of tater tot waffles and fried chicken smothered in maple gravy is served as part of Therapy’s brunch menu.
Hopefully, I was able to help you identify a restaurant with chicken and waffles in Las Vegas that works for you and your group! With options ranging from basic and budget-friendly to unique, there’s sure to be something for all tastes.
