Where to Find Free Parking on the Strip – 2021

Where to Find Free Parking on the Strip – 2021

Parking is something that Las Vegas casinos have historically offered guests as a free perk. After all, if someone parks at your property they’re likely to gamble, stay for dinner, see a show, and ultimately spend more money. Recently though, Caesars Entertainment and MGM Resorts have been ratcheting up their fee structures in lockstep with each other to include self-parking.

Why a casino would decide to put their guests on a timer, essentially rushing them off their property with paid hourly parking fees is beyond us. But we digress.

We thought it would be helpful to build and maintain an updated list of Las Vegas Strip casinos that still offer free parking. After all, it’s no fun to start your night down money before ever playing a hand of blackjack.

Other Strip Casinos That Offer Free Parking… Sometimes:

Caesars Entertainment: Although all CET properties have re-instituted paid parking, you can still park for free if you are a Nevada resident, hotel guest, or have obtained Platinum status or greater within the Caesars Rewards loyalty program.

Cosmopolitan: Recently, Cosmo announced that parking will be included in the resort fee for hotel guests. Non-guests will still have to pony up.

We are hopeful that resort operators wake up to the reality that paid parking is pushing their customers off property faster than they would typically leave if they weren’t on a timer. One benefit of reduced demand caused by the public health crisis of 2020 could potentially be a reduction of fees to include those to park. That would be a welcome adjustment.
