Unique Features to Set Circa Las Vegas Apart

Unique Features to Set Circa Las Vegas Apart

Lately, new casino construction and renovations in Las Vegas have featured a whole lot of “blah”. Resorts all over Las Vegas have been dulling down their themes, taking fewer risks resulting in less public excitement. Nobody goes big anymore. The result is an unexciting, corporate, sterile resort experience for guests.

That all changed when Derek Stevens unveiled Circa Las Vegas, the first new construction resort to be built on Fremont Street in decades. It would have been easy, and likely profitable, to build a resort focused on more luxurious experience than currently exists downtown without going too far out of the box. Instead, the team that dreamed up Circa tapped their inner Stupak, Gaughan, Binion, Sarno, Wynn and Kerkorian to design something Vegas enthusiasts have been craving – Something DIFFERENT.

Stevens unveiled his new 777 room resort and casino scheduled to open in 2020 on Jan 10th to much fanfare. Here are some of the unique aspects of the Circa Las Vegas property that guests will appreciate the most.

Rooftop Pool Deck and Amphitheater

Six separate pools situated above the Circa casino complete with a massive 125 foot TV screen that will surely be used for watch parties, concerts and so much more. Stevens correctly stated that the 4,000 capacity space “Will be a great attraction for Las Vegas”.

The Largest Sportsbook in Las Vegas History

In regards to this signature feature of the Circa property Stevens explained that “We want to create that wow moment”. Stevens also reflected on the first time he walked into the Superbook at the Las Vegas Hilton and the impression it left. Complete with 3 levels, the biggest screen in sportsbook history and a VSiN broadcast studio, Circa will be the largest sports book in Las Vegas history and is guaranteed to make an impression.

Dedicated Ride Share Pickup Area

A first in Las Vegas, ride share users won’t have to move to a less desirable pick up point than cab patrons use. Housed within the walkway connected Garage Mahal parking ramp will be a pick up location for Uber and Lyft.

Vegas Vickie to be Featured in Circa’s Lobby

She was removed from her post above the Glitter Gulch gentleman’s club in 2017 to be restored and reused in some capacity. Now we know that she will be integrated into the Circa Las Vegas resort lobby. A photo opp for visitors certainly, I would be hard pressed to think of a better piece of interior decor.

Two Level Casino

Like the Stevens brothers’ other property the D, Circa will also feature two floors of gaming enabling the resort to offer a wider selection of games and accommodate more guests.

From the unveiling event video (below) there also appears to be a bar long enough to make even the D’s Longbar feel self conscious.

The one thing I don’t like about the new addition to Fremont Street is that I have to wait until late 2020 to see it in person. Circa will certainly deliver guests “The time of their life” as promised.

Thank you!!! It's perfect for Fremont as I actually see less kids there already. I'm excited to have an adult only casino/ hotel and it's in a prime area. I'm so happy!!!

I hope it doesn't make downtown prices like the strip, too high!
