Wynn's dinner buffet features 16 live-action stations and items that have disappeared from other Vegas buffets like crab legs and prime rib.
Crab legs (both warm & cold), mussels, and shrimp were in abundant supply and of high quality.
Among the options at the Wynn Buffet carvery were a prime rib, a collection of sausages, and rotisserie chicken.
Along with the prime rib, I found the rotisserie chicken to be the perfect combo of tasty & juicy.
One of my favorite items in the buffet were the Thai chicken wings pictured, which offered the perfect balance of spice and flavor.
The dessert counter was as aesthetically pleasing as it was delicious.
The best dessert was a warm brownie with a molten chocolate center.
