The Dinner Buffet at Circus Circus Las Vegas offered kid-friendly items like Corn Dogs and chicken fingers.
Italian-inspired options included Penne with choice of sauce, spag & meatballs, and more.
At the carving station were turkey, ham, and roast beef. No prime rib, unfortunately.
Fried tacos, a taco bar with fixings, and chimichangas were all available.
Traditional American food items included Mac & Cheese, beef stew, fried chicken, and more.
On the surf-side of the buffet were fried shrimp, shrimp scampi, baked fish, fried fish, and mussels.
While not boasting a huge selection, there were slices of cake, pie, and soft-serve ice cream available.
During Brunch, Circus Circus offers a Build your own omelet / eggs your way station as well.
