Although I’ll never actually summon the courage to take the mic, I do enjoy a good show, and watching karaoke is a guilty pleasure of mine.
I relish the opportunity to sit back with a cocktail and witness the whole spectrum of human talent, ranging from dismal to spectacular.
For those who enjoy singing, watching, or both, I wanted to put together a list of the best karaoke bars in Las Vegas. As it turns out, there are plenty of options on the Strip, Fremont Street, and nearby.
I’ll be sure to link to each karaoke option below so that you can verify performance times before making the trip!
Karaoke On The Strip
Ellis Island Karaoke Bar: Recognized as one of the best karaoke bars in Vegas, Ellis allows guests to sing along to over 10,000 song titles from 9 pm – late nightly.
While not directly on the Strip, Ellis Island is a short walk behind Cromwell and Horseshoe.
In addition to karaoke, I love Ellis Island for cheap gambling, inexpensive eats, and affordable craft beer. The unpretentious casino is worth a visit for gamblers and those who like getting more bang for their buck.
Piano Bar at Harrah’s: A hub for free entertainment, the Piano Bar hosts Rusty’s All-Star Karaoke from 6 pm – 9 pm Wednesday through Sunday.
In addition to karaoke, the bar also boasts Pete Vallee’s “Big Elvis” show, the Saxman Duo, and a Dueling Piano show as resident performers.
Rockhouse at Venetian: “Live Band Karaoke” fires up at 7 pm on Wednesday, and at 9 pm on Thursday & Friday at Rockhouse, which can be found in the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian. Both participants and members of the audience can also score $5 shots (courage).
Juliet Cocktail Room at Venetian: “Keys & Karaoke” invites those brave enough to sing alongside the lounge’s resident piano player on Tuesdays from 9 pm – 1 am.
AmeriCAN at LINQ: Nestled within the LINQ Promenade, AmeriCAN specializes in canned beer, offering 70+ options from every state in the union on their menu.
They also offer karaoke on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 9 pm.
As an added bonus, $5 shots will also be available during the show.
The Barbershop at Cosmopolitan: A hidden speakeasy bar at Cosmopolitan, The Barbershop Cuts & Cocktails offers “Faded Karaoke” every Tuesday from 10 pm to 2 am.

Kamu Ultra Karaoke at Venetian: Located in the Grand Canal Shoppes, Kamu Ultra offers an upscale version of karaoke on the Strip.
With 40 individual luxury suites and 6 VIP rooms, Kamu is perfect for group or work events. Unlike the typical dive bar where karaoke is found, Kamu’s decor is next level with each private room featuring a different theme, and all are stunning.
Boasting enticing menu items like Maine Lobster Rolls, Kimchi Fried Rice, Korean Fried Chicken, and a Grand Shellfish Tower, your stomach won’t be disappointed either.
Trago Lounge at Tropicana: Rounding out the list of Las Vegas Strip karaoke options is Trago Lounge, which kicks off every Thursday at 9 pm. Hosted by DJ Scoobie, Trago also offers $6 draft beer or glasses of wine during the show.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar at Mandalay Bay: Separated from the rest of the venue, Flanker’s Karaoke room is available to be rented by groups of up to 20.
Red Tail at Resorts World: If you’d rather not belt out your favorite songs in front of a crowd of strangers, consider one of Red Tail’s 3 private karaoke rooms.
Karaoke Experience packages start at a $100 minimum spend for a group of 4 to spend 1 hour. Additional time and/or people in your group adds to that minimum spend agreement.
Karaoke on Fremont Street
Cat’s Meow Neonopolis: A rare Fremont Street Karaoke opportunity, Cat’s Meow offers Karaoke from 5 pm – 2 am on weeknights and until 4 am on Fridays and Saturdays. While a newer addition to Vegas, Cat’s Meow is well known for their flagship New Orleans location which has been entertaining for almost 30 years.

Don’t Tell Mama: Also tucked away in Neonopolis, Don’t Tell Mama hosts an Open Mic night daily where the staff and patrons alike are invited to perform. Note that Don’t Tell Mama is closed on Mondays.
Ninja Karaoke: Located in the Las Vegas Arts District, Ninja Karaoke offers a selection of over 150,000 songs, and updates songs offered monthly. While Ninja Karaoke serves drinks, guests are encouraged to bring their own food.
Ninja has both a bar area and karaoke rooms available for rent. Room rentals start at $35/hour.
Other Karaoke Options in Las Vegas
Dino’s: Located just north of The Strat, Dino’s is a divey (my kind of place) locals bar that offers karaoke every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting at 10 pm.
They say to really know a destination, you need to mingle with the local population. Get away from the mega-resorts for a night and check out an old-fashioned neighborhood bar.
The Mint Tavern: Located just off the north end of the Strip on Sahara, The Mint offers “Karate Karaoke” on Monday nights starting at 9 pm.
Uniquely, The Mint’s facade is modeled after the long-gone Fremont Street casino that went by the same name – One of my favorite facades in Vegas history.
