Buy the Exact Mattress You Slept on in Vegas - Here's How!

Vegas resort mattresses, especially at high-end resorts, are among the best you'll experience and it leaves folks wondering if they can buy them for home use.

The answer is commonly yes.

I thought it would be helpful to find out what types of mattresses Las Vegas hotels use, their price points, and where they can be purchased, so you can bring that perfect night of sleep home with you.

As you'll notice, the buying process differs greatly by property and isn't always convenient, as some require phone calls, in-person shopping, or even outdated paper order forms.

Hopefully, everyone will get on board with the whole "ordering online" trend here soon to simplify the process!

    1. @Rose Arangio, when I stayed at the Mirage I found out everything about the mattress and when I got back I found one at Sears. Sears is gone now but the mattress is still awesome

  1. What about the Luxor? We just got home from a week there at a suite in the East Tower. I slept so well! I would love to know the mattress and pillow brands.

    1. @Meredith, I know it’s called the Serta perfect sleeper mgm suite edition. I’m not sure where to buy thou.

  2. We ordered the Simmons Beautyrest Bouvet Island Plush from the Caesars Guest Purchase program and it has been a complete nightmare. The mattress that came was no where near the quality of the mattress at the Nobu Hotel. We woke up constantly with sore necks and our arms and legs asleep. Also, there is not any customer service for the Caesars Guest Purchase program. I was bounced around to corporate, warranty dept., etc. 3 months later, they finally emailed me back and asked if i wanted a replacement, NoThanks! If you're wondering: we stayed 5 nights at the Nobu so, we had a pretty good feel of the mattress. Also, we put this mattress on a solid platform bed so, mattress support is also out of the question.

    1. @Melissa, This is the only review I can find out there. I was in love with their bed. What happened? Did they refund you or send you one that was correct? I really want to purchase but your only review makes me nervous.

    2. You should only deal with the beauty rest guest purchase program. They are great to deal with. The Black Napa Firm is the most used across all of the hotel and luxury resorts.

    1. @Jake Hoffman, Absolutely not, i expected better quality for $2500. They use a featherbed topper on the suites because is very firm. No refunds! Disgusted with Wynn

    2. @Jake Hoffman, I disagree! I have a slept on a Dream Bed for years and it’s fantastic. No featherbed for me but my mom uses one and does love it. They are clear about not taking returns/refunds, but there is a 10 year warranty they will replace for ANY sort of defect. Wouldn’t write them off!

    3. @Caitlin, Obviously you work for wynn. If it is so fantastic why your mother needs a featherbed? Don’t trust these positive reviews the bed is trash.

    4. @Sali, hi, no unfortunately I do not work for Wynn, I don't even live in Vegas. Just a happy customer. 🙂 Was actually just recommending the mattress this morning and came across the article. My mom is older and just prefers a mattress topper, she always has even prior to her dream bed. She upgraded from the foam kinda topper to the featherbed last year and raves about it. I do not use a featherbed, only use a mattress protector and sleep very comfortably alongside my partner. Hope that helps. Good luck.

  3. The wynn dream bed is the worst mattress i’ve tried, it’s in the trash now. The mattress is NOT the same used at their resorts although they claim to. Be careful they’ll trick you to believe this and no returns nor refunds.

  4. Hey,
I owned the wynn bed and i can tell you it was a nightmare very uncomfortable mattress.I had to tossed and get another one because i couldn’t fall sleep. That mattress is NOT for sure what they use at the resorts but they make you sigh a NO Return/Refunds consent when you buy it.Learned the hard way so i advise to never buy a mattress without a return or refund policy.

  5. Love our WYNN BED!!!! We purchased from the home store many years ago inside the hotel because they do not sell it in other mattress stores or a department store, you can trial it at the hotel. It even has the WYNN logo on the outside on the mattress so you know you are getting the right one. Then we experiened some sagging in the middle last year in 2021 and called for a replacement like we were told we could when we bought it. But then it was old and you do need to switch mattresses from time to time. The warranty meant we had to fill some paperwork and send some pictures of the mattress and box spring but then they send us a brand NEW WYNN mattress and we are in love all over again. If you like staying at Wynn you are in luck, ti's the only hotel we will stay at!!!!

  6. I should have checked the negatives reviews here before i bought the wynn bed.You guys are right is a horrible mattress i regret buying this crap very uncomfortable to start with i wake up in pain everyday since i started using it and the stink of chemicals is very strong doesn’t go away in 2 months.I called the store and they simply don’t replace or refund at all.

  7. I'm searching for the manufacturer of the chaise/couches in the remodeled Flamingo rooms. They're an ugly burgundy crushed velvet, but the size and firmness is great for this petite person.

I called the resort and they were no help. Why is it so difficult to talk to someone who is appropriate?

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

How do I make sure I'm notified of responses? 🤔🤔🤔

  8. The Wynn dreambed is the most uncomfortable mattress i’ve ever had. Just saying… good luck

  9. Beauty Rest Black Firm Mattress is the best mattress on the market. Nothing compares. I have owned one for 7 years now.

Four Seasons has nice mattresses in their resorts.

No Vegas hotel bed have had that WOW factor for me.

  10. LOVE the Wynn mattress. Well worth it we both sleep great every night since we got it. We slept on a foam mattress before and had to go back to basics.Thank you Nicoletta at Wynn Home Store we can't wait to visit again! Thank you for this webpage so much helpful information while we are planning our next trip to Vegas.
