Once a staple of the experience, buffets in Las Vegas are slowly going extinct.
Currently, only 6 buffets remain open on the Strip, while just 1is left standing downtown.
Depressing.
Sometimes, a guy just wants to eat 2,675 calories in one sitting to ease the pain of gambling losses.
With buffets in Vegas on the ropes, I want to point out restaurants that offer all-you-can-eat fare, which includes Brazilian steakhouses, Korean BBQ, and even pizza.
I’ll also detail the handful of AYCE brunch deals, offered on specific days/times, on the Strip.
Strip AYCE Restaurants
Let’s kick things off with restaurants that offer all-you-can-eat throughout the day, not just for specific meals.
Brazilian Steakhouses
Pampas at Planet Hollywood: A Brazilian churrascaria in the Miracle Mile Shops offers several tiers of all-you-can-eat, ranging from $36.99 for the standalone market station to the $69 Tier 3 “Full Rodizio Experience,” which includes items like bacon-wrapped filet, grilled shrimp, and spicy picanha.
My wife and I dined here years ago, and though it was “fine”, but wouldn’t go without a Groupon or similar deal (which are often offered).
Fogo de Chao at The Venetian: Located in the Grand Canal Shoppes, Fogo is slightly more expensive than Pampas, at $77 for the “Full Churrasco” and $99 for the “Indulgent Churrasco” experiences, but there’s a step-change in quality that justifies the price point.
Included in the “Indulgent” package are butter-bathed lobster tails, jumbo crab cakes, roasted bone marrow, and a dessert.
Galpao Gaucho in the Fashion Show Mall: Like the other AYCE Brazilian steakhouses, Galpao Gaucho offers several tiers of service, which range from a $44 salad bar & hot sides to the $77 “Full Experience” on the north end of the Strip.
AYCE Korean BBQ
GEN Korean BBQ at Planet Hollywood: Another mid-Strip AYCE option, GEN Korean BBQ House serves 68 items as part of their $56.95 dinner package.
Menu items include sides like sushi and soups, as well as an insane array of meat options, including pork, chicken, and beef.
My brother and I ate here a few months back and really enjoyed the spicy pork belly, calamari, filet, and Cajun shrimp.
Korean BBQ is fun because the meat is brought out raw, and you grill it up at your table.
AYCE Pizza
Coming Soon – Pizza Rodizo at Planet Hollywood: Coming in fall 2026, details around this new AYCE pizza joint in the Miracle Mile Shops are light. What we do know: You’ll be able to eat all the pizza you want for a set price.
Pizza Rodizio will be next to Blondies, near Flights, La Salsa Cantina, and the V Theater.
Downtown AYCE Restaurants
Rick’s Rollin’ Smoke at Pawn Plaza: Rick Harrison is known for his role on the hit show “Pawn Stars”, but he also owns a BBQ joint next door that’ll serve you all you can eat BBQ, anything on the menu, for $70.
They even throw in a pitcher of PBR as part of the deal.
Sushi Ichiban at El Cortez: Located on Fremont Street, across from El Cortez (but technically part of El Cortez), Sushi Ichiban serves all-you-can-eat sushi for $34.95.
Tacos Escobar on Fremont East: Tacos Escobar serves AYCE street tacos daily from 3-6pm for $20.
AYCE tacos y mas are $35 and include additional options such as nachos, churros, and quesadillas.
Better yet, they run happy hour during the same window, which includes:
- $4 drafts
- $5 well drinks
- $6 house margs
AYCE Brunch
Brunch deals on the Strip are poppin’ up left and right, but are only offered on specific days/defined timeframes.
Guy Fieri’s Flavortown at Horseshoe: A daily offering from 8am-2pm, Flavortown’s brunch will only set you back $19.99 and includes staples like French Toast, biscuits & gravy, brisket mac, chicken & waffles, steak & eggs, and Dragon’s Breath chili.
Guy Fieri’s Kitchen & Bar at LINQ: AYCE breakfast is offered Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm for $24.99, and on weekends for $34.99.
The people watching from the patio is spectacular, and menu options include steak & eggs, peanut butter & banana waffles, chilaquiles, a breakfast burrito, a reuben, and an all-American breakfast.
Border Grill at Mandalay Bay: Border Brunch is offered on Saturday& Sunday from 10am-3pm and includes unlimited small plates for $46.99 per person.
Unique options include chilaquiles, spicy tomales, salmon avocado toast, and a Diablo chicken & waffle.
STK at The Cosmopolitan: Endless brunch is served Saturday & Sunday from 9am-2:30pm for $49.
Included in the deal are items like smoked pork belly Benedict, cinnamon French toast, hot chicken & waffles, and more.
STRAT Cafe at STRAT: Offered daily from 6:30-10:30am, STRAT’s AYCE brunch costs $26.99 and includes your basics, like eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and pastries.
La Cave at Wynn: An upscale option, La Cave’s AYCE brunch is served on Saturday & Sunday from 9:30am-1:30pm, butler-style, meaning guests remain seated while servers keep a steady stream of options coming from the kitchen.
The $54 price includes items like a Snickers pancake, brown sugar pecan waffle, a yogurt parfait, flatbreads, chicken wings, and even bottomless wine, beer, and cocktails.
Hakkasan Restaurant at MGM Grand: A differentiated option, Hakkasan serves an endless dim sum brunch for $68 per person from 10:30am-2:30pm on Saturday, and until 3:30pm on Sunday.
Caramella at Planet Hollywood: Limitless brunch is offered Saturday & Sunday from 10am-3pm for $55, and includes Italian fare like pasta, tiramisu, and frittata al forno in addition to the usual French toast, omelets, etc.
Gospel Brunch at Mandalay Bay: House of Blues hosts an endless brunch on Sundays at 10am, accompanied by live gospel music.
It certainly won’t appeal to all… especially in “Sin City”… but it’s sure to appeal to some.
