5 *CHEAP* AYCE Brunch Deals on the Las Vegas Strip

Las Vegas has been known for its abundance of all-you-can-eat buffets for decades, but they’ve slowly been disappearing from the culinary landscape.

Much to the chagrin of value-seekers, most remaining buffets cost an arm & a leg, and traditional restaurants along the Strip aren’t all that cheap either.

Following a steep drop in visitation and plenty of “Vegas is a ripoff” headlines, several Strip restaurants have unveiled affordable AYCE deals.

I figured it’d be fun to delve into your (non-buffet) all you can eat brunch & breakfast options!

Fresh Strip Brunch Deals

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown at Horseshoe: Attracting a lot of buzz, Flavortown is offering an all-you-can-eat brunch for $24.99 Monday – Friday from 8am-2pm.

Notable menu items include brisket mac n’ cheese, French Toast, and Biscuits n’ gravy.

Bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys, or margaritas can be added for an additional $25.

Guy Fieri’s Kitchen at LINQ: All-you-can-eat breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm at Guy Fieri’s Kitchen & Bar within LINQ for $24.95. On Saturday and Sunday, the price jumps to $34.95 (h/t Chris Holmes)

Ask to be seated on the patio for some great people watching!

Menu items include the All-American breakfast, Guys Mac & Cheese, chilaquiles, and more.

Bottomless drink packages are available for $29.99.

Ole Red at Horseshoe: A country bar by Blake Shelton, Ole Red is offering an AYCE “Honey Bee Brunch” on Saturday & Sunday from 10am-2pm for $29.99, which includes items like empanadas, smoked brisket, bratwurst sliders, and chilaquiles.

Rosa Mexicano at Planet Hollywood: Situated in the Miracle Mile Shops, Rosa offers a $21.99 continental breakfast buffet that includes fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, and warm/cold cereal.

If I’m being honest, that base offering is a bit unimpressive.

For $29.99, however, you get access to the continental breakfast buffet and hot items like bacon, sausage, potatoes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and waffles.

STRAT Cafe: Offered from 6:30am-10:30am daily, STRAT Cafe’s Express Breakfast Buffet costs $26.99 (which includes tax & gratuity!), and includes eggs, fruit, bacon, sausage, breakfast potatoes, French toast, and more.

A friend of mine stopped in recently and thought it was solid for the price.

Honorable Mention – The Kitchen Table at Rio: The Kitchen Table replaced Hash House a Go Go at Rio, and offers an AYCE breakfast for $27.99 in addition to their standard a la carte menu. Hyatt Globalist eat free.

You can read my full Rio Breakfast review here, but it’s like a continental breakfast on steroids, stocked with scrambled eggs, yogurt, biscuits & gravy, bacon, sausage, and a waffle maker.

It’s a good option for big eaters.

Other Spendier Options

Border Grill at Mandalay Bay: Available Saturday & Sunday from 10am-3pm, Border Grill’s AYCE brunch costs $46.99 and includes endless small plates.

Unique menu options include Diablo chicken & churro waffles, spicy chicken tomales, birria hash & eggs, and more.

La Cave at Wynn: An upscale take on AYCE Brunch, La Cave’s weekend offering is “Butler-style Tray Passed” and costs $54 for adults.

I’m going to be stone-cold honest with you – I had no idea what “Butler-style Tray Passed” meant, so I Googled it and learned it’s “an elegant catering method where servers circulate during an event offering food or beverages directly to guests from trays.”

Now we all know.

HOB Gospel Brunch: A differentiated take on endless brunch, Gospel Brunch pairs the meal with a Gospel music show on Sunday mornings. Pricing starts at $70.50 per person, and the menu is stocked with classics like a breakfast sandwich, brisket hash, and berry pancakes.

STK at Cosmopolitan: “All You Can Brunch” at STK is offered Saturday & Sunday from 9am-2:30pm, for $49 and includes signature items like smoked pork belly Benedict, pancakes, cinnamon French toast, hot chicken & waffles, and steak frites (3oz skirt steak, limited to 1 per person).

Caramella at Planet Hollywood: A recent addition to dining landscape at Planet Hollywood, Caramella offers limitless brunch on Saturday & Sunday from 10am-3pm for $55 per person.

The menu is packed with Italian brunch fare that includes pasta, frittata al forno, tiramisu French toast, and omelettes, among others.

Let’s hope the deals and value offerings keep sprouting up as Las Vegas aims to reclaim it’s value proposition.
