Downtown Las Vegas Parking Rates – 2020

We may earn money from the companies and products mentioned in this post.

While most downtown Las Vegas properties charge non-guests to park, there are some key differences from their counterparts on the Strip. Namely, downtown casinos tend to be more liberal about validation for guests spending/gambling on-site and are more likely to offer free parking to hotel guests. Valet parking is also typically free (see rates by property below), however, tipping is expected.

While parking rates charged by Strip resorts are well-publicized on property websites, rates to park downtown are a bit more difficult to sniff out as few list their parking rates online.

The following guide to parking on and near Fremont Street will include rates, validation policies if applicable, and whether or not hotel guests park for free. Most properties we spoke to didn’t define a specific dollar amount needed for validation, however, we suggest asking your server, pit boss, etc.

UPDATE: Due to the current public health crisis, most downtown Las Vegas casinos are not offering Valet services. We recommend calling ahead to verify whether or not that service is available.
