Key Points:
- Netflix House is coming to the BLVD Mall on Las Veags Strip in 2027.
- The attraction will allow visitors to “step inside” hit shows like Squid Game, Wednesday, and One Piece.
- The (now closed) Stranger Things store on the Strip & Netflix Bites at MGM Grand hint at what to expect.
New attraction announcements in Las Vegas usually come with a load of “press release speak” describing “immersive experiences” with nonsensical words never used in real-world conversations.
Netflix’s announcement of Netflix House, coming in 2027 to the new BLVD Mall just north of MGM Grand, was no different except… I believe the hype.
This is going to be a winner.
What Is Netflix House?
Let’s start at the beginning.
Netflix House is a physical attraction that brings your favorite shows to the physical world, allowing you to step into stories like Bridgerton, Squid Game, Is It Cake?, One Piece, KPop Demon Hunters, and Stranger Things, among others.
The digital streaming service recently opened its first Netflix House location in Philadelphia, with Dallas on the near horizon.
They’ll whip out a pair of giant scissors for a Las Vegas ribbon-cutting in 2027.
In a nostalgic nod to the past, the entrance to Netflix House is through a red envelope, which we all eagerly sprinted to the mailbox to retrieve, “back in the day”.

The atrium is an engaging appetizer, too.

While free to enter (and there are a handful of free experiences & photo ops), most activities carry a cost.
At their Philadelphia location, add-on activities include:
One Piece: Quest for the Devil Fruit (starting at $39): A 1-hour experience that tasks participants with solving puzzles & tackling challenges to find the mysterious Devil Fruit, which is hidden somewhere in the East Blue.
I personally don’t know what any of that means, but I assume fans of the show do.

Wednesday: Eve of the Outcasts (starting at $39): Explore Nevormore Academy, the festival, play carnival games, take advantage of photo ops, and solve a mystery with Thing.

Top 9 Mini Golf (starting at $15): Mini-golf, but each hole is themed like shows like Floor is Lava, Squid Game, and Is It Cake?.

Netflix Virtuals (starting at $25): A virtual reality experience that drops you into your choice of Squid Game, Stranger Things, or Rebel Moon: The Descent.

Netflix Bites & Bar: Netflix show-themed food & drink will be available, an experience in and of itself. No admission or ticketing required.

Tudum Theater ($0): A freebie, anyone will be able to walk in and see the current programming in the theater.
Currently, a production titled “In Your Dreams” is playing at the Netflix House in Philadelphia.

The gift shop will also be free to explore, which sounds lame, but it isn’t. I’ve seen their show-branded merch, and it’s freaking awesome.

In Dallas, they’ll have different experiences, including Stranger Things: Escape the Dark and Squid Game: Survive the Trials… which sounds insanely cool.
Attractions for the House in Vegas have yet to be announced.
These attractions and sets are built to be swapped out to keep up with what’s popular, keeping the House fresh & relevant.
Why Netflix House Las Vegas Will Be a HIT
Netflix has already teased us with 2 offerings in the Las Vegas market that we’ve experienced.
The first was the Stranger Things Official Store, a pop-up concept that was in the Showcase Mall, which has since closed.

A free attraction, it sold Stranger Things merchandise in a series of rooms designed to look like sets from the show, like Hawkins High School, the arcade, and the Byers House.
Where else can you buy a Hawkins HS letter jacket? Pretty cool.

There were photo ops scattered about, and I was taken aback by how cool it was… for free. I can only imagine that a paid attraction will take things to the next level.
I detailed the Stranger Things store in a rundown of Free Things to do in Vegas (video starts where I discuss the store).
My brother Ike recently dined at MGM Grand’s Netflix Bites, and it was a dining experience unlike any other in Vegas.

The menu and vibe are based on hit shows – Ike started his experience with the Pink Soldier, a Squid Game-themed cocktail with an ominous triangle on the surface of the beverage.

On the food front, he ordered “Red Bite, Green Bite”, which were boneless chicken wings that came with several sauces and a wheel that you spin to determine which sauce he’d be dipping into next.
A fun little game that he looked ridiculous playing by himself at the table before each bite.

Ike wrapped things up with a slice of cheesecake with a twist. Playing off the show Is It Cake?, the waiter came out with two plates of cheesecake and tasked him with selecting the one that was real – Harder than it looks.
It’s not the cheapest meal in town, but the theatrics of it are enjoyable for fans of the featured shows.

Counting Down to Las Vegas in 2027
Netflix’s execution at Netflix Bites, which is still open, and at the free Stranger Things pop-up store, which has since closed, was impressive, suggesting a paid attraction will amplify the wow factor.
At least, that’s the hope.
Lord knows they have plenty of hit shows that people will pay big bucks to be immersed in.
While we wait, check out this drone fly-through of the Philadelphia location.

I’m a former software salesman turned Vegas aficionado. While the craps table is my preferred habitat, I pull myself away to explore new attractions, shows, restaurants, and outdoor activities around Las Vegas with the intent of sharing my experiences.
Ultimately, I just want to help folks plan a better trip and save a few bucks in the process.
