24-Hour Restaurants in Las Vegas - Where To Eat Late!
It's surprisingly difficult to find a late-night meal in Las Vegas, a city known for exploits that last into the wee hours of the morning.
Unfortunately, most late-night dining options disappeared during the pandemic... and they never really came back.
I thought it would be helpful to create and maintain a breakdown of restaurants open around the clock so that you can get your calorie fix, no matter what time it is.
In addition to 24-hour restaurants, I'll point out options that are open late (as in, past midnight).
I'll link each restaurant's menu so you can easily compare your options.
24-Hour Restaurants On The Strip
Subway Mandalay Bay: Not fancy, but Subway in Mandalay Bay's food court stays open 24 hours.

Citizens Kitchen at Mandalay Bay: Not open 24 hours, but worth a mention, as the Citizens to-go counter is open Monday & Tuesday until 1am and Friday-Sunday until 4am.

Backstage Deli at Luxor: Specializing in a selection of breakfast sandwiches, traditional sandwiches, burgers, and hot dogs, Backstage Deli is open around the clock Tuesday - Sunday.

Johnny Rockets at Luxor: Found in Luxor's food court, Johnny Rockets is open around the clock.

Krispy Kreme at Excalibur: A weird one, Krispy Kreme, located in their 2nd level food court, stays open around the clock.

America at New York New York: Not only is America a budget-friendly destination, with most items costing $15ish or less, but they're also open 24 hours.
On the menu are burgers, pasta, fish & chips, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
America also offers all-day breakfast.

Capriotti's at NYNY: The popular sub shop stays open until 2am Sunday-Wednesday and until 3am Friday-Saturday.

Sirrico's at NYNY: A pizza-by-the-slice joint, Sirrico's is open until 2am during the week and until 3am Friday-Sunday.

MGM Grand's Food Court: Both Subway and Johnny Rockets in the food court are open 24 hours.

Pieology at MGM Grand: I love Pieology. You pick the toppings for your personal pizza, and they cook it up for you. While not a true 24-hour option, they stay open until 1am on Friday & Saturday.

Side Betty Grill at Park MGM: Side Betty Grill offers a limited "After Hours" menu from midnight - 2 pm. Menu items include chicken tenders, a double cheeseburger, a spicy chicken sandwich, a bacon-wrapped hot dog, and even a sloppy joe.
Most late-night menu items fall in the $15-$20 range.

Aria's Patisserie: Open 24 hours, Aria's Patisserie serves breakfast items, sandwiches, salads, and gelato.

The Henry at Cosmopolitan: Offering an extensive late-night menu, overnight guests can order breakfast items, sandwiches, burgers, soup, salad, desserts, and even cocktails around the clock.
Most entrees on the menu cost about $25.

Taco Bell Cantina: Located mid-Strip at Harmon Corner, this 2-story "party" version of Taco Bell is open through the night.

Flamingo's Food Court: Several outlets within the food court at Flamingo are open 24 hours, including Johnny Rockets, Auntie Annie's pretzels, and Bonanno's Pizzaria.
Nathan's Famous Hotdogs stays open until 3am.

Cafe Americano at Caesars Palace: The late-night menu is wide-ranging and includes burgers, fish & chips, pasta, ribeye steak, breakfast items, and personal pizzas. Most items run about $20–$25.
Bobby's Burgers at Caesars Palace: Located in the Celebrity Food Hall, Bobby's Burgers is open until 1am during the week and 4am on Friday and Saturday.

Nook Express at LINQ: Specializing in pastries, sandwiches, salads, and pizza, LINQ's Nook Express is open around the clock.

Cafe Belle Madeleine at Paris: Open around the clock, Cafe Belle Madeleine serves breakfast sandwiches, pastries, salads, and lunch sandwiches for under $20.

Bobby's Burgers at Paris: While the quick-serve burger joint closes at midnight during the week, it stays open until 2am on Friday and Saturday.

Grand Lux Cafe at The Venetian: The Venetian has a Grand Lux Cafe that offers a limited late-night menu.
You'll find breakfast items like a Belgian waffle, salads, and sandwiches. The sandwich lineup includes a BLT, roast turkey and brie, chicken salad, and a club.
Notably, everything on the late-night menu hovers around $25 or less.
There's also a Grand Lux Cafe at Palazzo, but that location is not 24-hours.

Scarr's Pizza at The Venetian: Found in the Via Via Food Hall, Scarr's stays open until midnight during the week, but 2am on Friday and Saturday.
Turkey and the Wolf at The Venetian: Also in the food hall, Turkey and the Wolf stays open until 2am on Friday & Saturday night.

Other options, like Howlin' Ray's in the food hall, stay open until midnight at peak times as well.
Howlin' Ray's is legit, BTW.

Big Top Eats at Circus Circus: Home to plenty of cheap, quick eats. Big Top Eats serves breakfast, soups, salads, burgers, and sandwiches around the clock. In addition to meals, they also offer unique snacks like chili, chili cheese fries, and nachos.

This was my Philly Cheesesteak, which was surprisingly great.

Denny's (2 locations): Although you likely have one back home, Denny's is open 24 hours and has locations at Casino Royale, just north of MGM Grand, in the Showcase Mall.

Peppermill: The popular restaurant across the street from Resorts World is open 24 hours Thursday -Sunday.

Honorable Mention - Ellis Island: Located a short 5-minute walk from the Strip behind Horseshoe, Ellis Island is a haven for value seekers.
In addition to 24-hour eats at their Village Pub, Ellis is known for dealing $5 blackjack, $5 craps, and serving cheap craft brews.

24-Hour Restaurants on Fremont Street
Saginaw's at Circa: Saginaw's serves an impressive lineup of both hot and cold sandwiches. I recently stopped in and ordered a warm corned beef and pastrami sandwich and found it to be delicious and filling - Worth the $22 paid.

Notably, Saginaw's also sells the shrimp cocktail made famous by DuPar's at Golden Gate, which is now closed. It isn't cheap at $12, but my God, is it good.

The Grille at Golden Nugget: Nestled within Golden Nugget, The Grille is open until 3am during the week, and around the clock on weekends.
It serves breakfast, pizzas, loaded hot dogs, sandwiches, and more. A cost-effective option, almost everything can be yours for under $25.
These were my $15 loaded nachos, which weren't great (cheap, broken chips, low-quality nacho cheese, etc.), but it was a heavy meal.

Lanai Express at Fremont: This one isn't open 24/7, but it's close enough to count as Lanai Express is open from 11 am - 7 am the next day.

The menu is wide-ranging and includes items like oxtail soup, hamburgers, Chinese, and the second cheapest shrimp cocktail in Vegas at a mere $3.99. Slots A Fun edges it out with a $2 offering.
I don't especially love this cocktail... but I always buy one.

Fremont Pizza Company at Fremont: Open only until 11pm during the week, the pizza-by-the-slice joint stays open until 1am on Friday & Saturday.
The pizza is solid, and they offer a $9.99 slice + drink deal, which I thought was good enough.

Huey Magoo's at Fremont: Also located in the Fremont Food Hall, the popular chicken chain is open until 1am daily.
Steak 'n Shake at Fremont: Another option in the food hall, Steak 'n Shake is open until 2am during the week and until 4am Thursday-Sunday.
Their flagship deal is a $5.99 steakburger combo with fries and a small drink. Not fancy. Not at all. But tough to beat for the price.

American Coney Island at The D: Essentially a unique fast-food joint, American Coney Island is one of my personal favorite late-night spots to grab a bite. On the menu are dogs, burgers, gyros, and cheese/chili cheese fries.

Denny's: A known quantity, Denny's in Neonopolis never closes.

Fast Food Options Downtown: There are a number of fast-food options on Fremont Street that can fill your late-night cravings. Restaurant options include McDonald's (The D), Subway (Plaza, 4 Queens, and El Cortez), White Castle, and others.
