You won’t find a single person who enjoys paying resort fees in Las Vegas. By now, we all know they exist.
We know they’re coming, yet they still sting.
With that in mind, I thought it would be helpful to create and maintain a breakdown of Las Vegas hotels waiving resort fees as part of a promotion.
I’ll link out to each deal so you can easily compare your options.
Resorts With “No Resort Fee” Promotions
Treasure Island “TV Ad Special”
A long-running promotion, TI’s Optional Resort fee can be booked on their website via their “TV AD Special”.
If you go this route, you’ll forfeit the services the resort fee covers, namely access to the fitness center and wireless internet. Something tells me you won’t care.
Sahara
Everyone can skip the resort fee with Sahara’s “All in Rate Experience“, which is bookable for dates through July 2027.
Rates start at $89/nt, and the deal includes complimentary breakfast for 2 at Zeffer’s Cafe, free late checkout, and additional perks.
STRAT
STRAT’s “Fall All-In Package” features rooms starting at $49/nt (resort fee & tax included), and a $50 resort credit per booking.
Plaza
Anchoring Fremont Street, Plaza is waiving resort fees for all as part of their No Resort Fee Offer, which also includes free parking.
The deal is bookable for stays through December 28th.
Downtown Grand
Located just off Fremont Street, Downtown Grand is offering several no-resort fee deals for locals and visitors alike.
You can view them all here, but my preference would be the “Grand Getaway package”, which features rates starting at $99/nt during the week ($149/nt on weekends) and:
Upgrade to the Gallery Tower.
- 4 drink tickets.
- $100 food & beverage credit per stay.
- Free early & late check-in.
Westgate
Although off-Strip, Westgate is connected to the action via the Monorail and is offering a compelling no resort fee deal that lets you skip the resort fee.
Additionally, you’ll get free tickets to their nightly cabaret show, a $75 dining credit per day, 2 passes to the day spa, and free valet parking.
Golden Nugget
As part of their All-Inclusive Hotel Deal, Golden Nugget is waiving resort fees on rooms booked via this offer for stays through December 28th, 2026.
The deal is valid for 2-night mid-week stays, costs $199 total, and also includes:
- $50 food and beverage credit per night, up to $100 total.
- Free upgrade to the Rush Tower (if available).
- VIP check-in.
- Free late check-out (1 pm).
Resorts World
As part of their “All Resort, No Fees” deal, Resorts World is waiving resort fees on select nights through the end of 2026.
This one is weird because most of the calendar is blacked out, sans a handful of weeks here and there.
Resorts Waiving Resort Fees for Locals
Station Casinos (Locals only)
Red Rock, Green Valley Ranch, Durango, Sunset Station, Palace Station, Boulder Station, and Santa Fe Station are all waiving resort fees for Nevada residents.
Book through their “Local StaCation” deal and be prepared to show your Nevada ID at check-in.
M Resort (Locals only)
For an undisclosed limited amount of time, locals can skip resort fees at the M Resort by booking their “Locals Perk” discount offer.
In addition to waiving resort fees, locals will enjoy up to 30% off prevailing room rates.
Hotels that Never Charge a Resort Fee
In addition to resorts, several hotels like Binions, 4 Queens, and Casino Royale never charge resort fees.
No promotion or special sale is needed.
While hope remains that one of the major casino operators will choose to ditch the resort fee model completely, it would be challenging as many tourists book Las Vegas hotels through Online Travel Agency (OTA) sites like Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc.

Thanks for the reminder! Updated. Looks like other than TI, only locals are getting resort fee waivers this month. Im surprised more properties are not leveraging resort fee waivers.
